How do I activate my
account?
If you already have a customer account:
Go to your account and open the "Loyalty Space" section. Activate your card.
Fill out the form.
You will receive a text message with a confirmation link.
Click the link to view your account, discover your rewards, and add your card to your wallet.
If you don't have an account:
Create your account.
Fill out the form.
You’ll receive a confirmation SMS with an access link.
Click the link to access your account, view your benefits, and download your card to your wallet.
How do I use my points?
To use your points and enjoy your rewards, it's easy: vouchers will automatically be made available in the Loyalty Space of your account, based on the points you've accumulated.
Points and rewards validity:
Your points are valid for 2 years.
Your rewards can be used for 3 months, except for the welcome offer and birthday offers, which are valid for 15 days.
Loyalty Program benefits are exclusively valid on www.deeluxe.fr. They cannot be combined with ongoing promotions or the e-gift card.
