In accordance with the provisions of articles L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal which he/she may exercise, without having to justify his/her reasons, within a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the articles. In this case, the customer may return the items delivered within this period, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, instructions, guarantee, etc.) and accompanied by a copy of the order form. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, dirty, etc. may be subject to return penalties.


Items purchased online cannot be returned or refunded in DEELUXE boutiques or in multi-brand boutiques distributing the DEELUXE brand.
Here are the different steps to proceed with a return: 

1 - Log in to your customer account

2 - Consult your order history
On the order concerned, tick the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason(s) for the return in "comments".

3 - We will send you an e-mail confirming that your request has been taken into account.
A confirmation of 'return accepted' will be sent to you within 24 hours.

4 - Prepare your parcel with the items in their original packaging and the returns form, which you can print out from your account in the "Returns" section.

5 - If you would like a return label, please send a request to the following address: shop@deeluxe.fr *

6 - Stick the label on your parcel and drop it off at your post office.

7 - If the returned item is in conformity, the reimbursement of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made to the customer's bank account at the latest within fourteen (14) days following receipt by the company JL26 - DEELUXE.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or deteriorated by the customer will not be reimbursed.

A fee of 3.99 [ (three euros and ninety-nine cents) will be charged for the return of products if the sum of the products kept is less than 60€. This rule only applies if shipping costs were not paid at the time of the initial order
* At the customer's request, DEELUXE will provide a postal return label, which will result in a deduction of €5 in return costs. If the label is not requested, the customer will be responsible for the difference in cost between the delivery method chosen and the return costs proposed by DEELUXE.
